The morning tea spoke to me and your last opportunity for January Spesh!

Hi beauty,

This week started with an early wake-up for reformer Pilates—kicking off my day by getting my ass into gear! But the real shift came later when I joined my beautiful friend Amanda for a tea ceremony at Cloud Hidden, a serene space tucked away in Byron Bay’s industrial area. If you're ever in the area and feel called to a "tea sit," Cloud Hidden is your place.

We sat in silence for 60 minutes, me and about ten others, cradling tea bowls in our hands. In the stillness, I was reminded of something profound: how much is bubbling just beneath the surface of our busy lives.

As everything quietened down, those undercurrents rose to meet me. Out of nowhere, tears began pouring—wave after wave of emotion that I couldn’t tie to any specific memory or thought. It was raw, unfiltered, and entirely unexpected. My human vessel, this skin I’m in, finally found an opening, and it released.

And amidst the tears, a sentence kept repeating in my mind:

"You have been blessed with love in your life because you are not afraid to love."

It stopped me in my tracks.

How often do we wait to receive before we decide what to bring? Waiting to feel loved before loving, waiting to feel valued before offering value, waiting to be inspired before moving. But when we flip that script—when we choose the energy, attitude, and quality we want to bring into life—we open ourselves to receive that same quality in return.

So I ask you: What quality of love are you bringing into your life?

It’s a question that lingers, one I’ve been sitting with ever since that tea ceremony.

The practice reminded me how much each of us unconsciously, energetically, and physically carries. We hold onto so much—grief, joy, fear, hope—often without even realizing it.

Quiet, intentional spaces like that tea sit give us permission to be with, name, and move through those emotions. And that process of release? It transforms how we show up in our lives, for ourselves and for others.

When we can hear our own voice—when we articulate what’s living inside us in an intentional, non-judgmental space—it changes everything. It deepens our connection to ourselves, refines how we interact with the world, and ultimately opens the door to better relationships, greater self-confidence, and receiving more of what we truly desire in every corner of life: intimacy, career, family, and even finances.

Sitting with tea reminded me that this commitment to feeling my way through life—through practices like breathwork, deep listening, and now tea ceremony—is how I’ll continue living fully expressed.

And here’s the truth I’m holding close today: What you choose to bring into your life will shape what you receive.

If you’re ready to create space to hear your own voice, articulate your truth, and feel more connected to yourself, I’d love to support you. January’s Talk to Me special is still open for bookings, and it’s the perfect way to start 2025 with clarity, connection, calm, and intentionality.

P.S:   What’s one small, quiet way you can create space for yourself this week? Whether it’s a moment with tea, a walk, or a deep breath, give yourself permission to be with all that you’re holding. You deserve it and I am always here to listen. xx
