Hello beauty,
Today felt hard.
One of those days where the weight of a hundred tiny things stacks up—where my body feels like a clenched fist and my mind turns to static. Nothing quite lands right. The kids need me, time is slipping, the to-do list is laughing at me, and somehow, even picking the right groceries feels like a test I am failing.
And on days like this, I hear them—those old voices. The ones whispering, You’re not doing enough. You should be better at this. Why can’t you just get it right?
Funny how easy it is to forget everything I know about self-compassion, about softness, about trust.
But here’s the thing—these are the days the work matters most.
The days when all the deep conversations, the circles, the breathwork, the movement, the little rituals—when all of it meets me right here in the mess and reminds me: This will pass. I am still here. I am still whole.
So, I reach for the small things that bring ease, lightness, and flow. A warm matcha latte. Watching the sunset. A hot bath with Epsom salts. Cuddling my kids. Calling my mum. Little anchors that remind me I don’t have to fix the day—I just have to be in it, with love.
And now I want to ask you—what brings you back to yourself on the hard days? What softens the edges, even just a little? Because those things matter. You matter. And your humanness, in all its tangled, imperfect beauty, is never something you have to apologise for.
If today (or any day) feels hard, save this email. Let it be a little reminder: You are not alone. You are doing beautifully. And this too shall pass.
Much love,

P.S: You don’t have to do “hard” alone. There are ways we can work together to bring more ease, clarity, and support into your days. Even two weeks of intentional guidance can shift things in ways you might not expect—helping you find more space to breathe, think, and move forward with greater ease. You deserve that. Xx
