You're a genius at everyone's problem except your own!

Hello gorgeous,
Okay so you know when your friend tells you about her problem and you just KNOW what to say? You're calm, you're wise, you're practically a guru in slippers.
Then you go home, get on the couch and replay your own problem for three hours like it's a really sad TV series.
Turns out that's a real thing. It's called Solomon's paradox, and researchers found we think way more clearly about other people's problems than our own. So no, you're not broken. Your brain just does this.
I've been down a rabbit hole of weird science facts lately and they all say the same thing. Hills look less steep when you're standing next to a friend (even just thinking about one works, which I love). Saying "I'm completely overwhelmed" out loud actually calms the alarm bell in your brain, so venting is basically regulation, thank you very much. And you don't even have to be in the same room. Stressed kids who heard their mum's voice on the phone calmed down about as much as they did with a hug. The ones who got a text? Nothing.
So that's why I made The Place. It's my online group coaching program, 8 spaces, 3 months, starting November 14th. A small group of women who actually listen, with no fixing you and no rushing to the bright side.
And what happens is pretty simple. The conversation that's been looping in your head finally goes somewhere. You say the thing you've been sitting on for months and the world keeps turning. Decisions get easier because you're not working it all out alone. And you find out you were never the only one. That's what I mean by be witnessed, feel lighter.
Enrolment's open now. There are only 8 spots, so I'd grab yours HERE!
Your brain was never built to figure it all out alone. Come and let some other brains and souls help.
Huge love,
