Right now, so many of us are tangled up in emotional and relationship stuff. Feeling unseen, misunderstood, or hurt by things people said—or didn’t say. That tone, that silence… it gets under your skin, doesn’t it?
Somewhere along the way, I stopped asking myself what I actually wanted.
I got busy doing life — showing up for everyone, being capable, grateful, realistic (ugh).
“Is talk therapy dead?”
A friend recently asked me this after watching a reel that suggested talk therapy doesn't work. (She knows my work involves talking—but not in the old-school therapist-on-a-couch kind of way.)
