Does your 'Connection Muscle' need strengthening?

Hello gorgeous soul,

Lately, I’ve been wondering, are we as a collective forgetting how to interact?

I don’t mean sending a text or replying to a voice note. I mean sitting across from someone, really being with them.

Letting a silence land.

Offering a reflection.

Sharing a moment that doesn’t need to be perfect or profound, just honest.

We are social creatures, wired for connection, and yet… more people than ever are working alone, scrolling in silence, and wondering why they feel so disconnected.

There’s a term for this: social atrophy.

The muscle of relating weakens over time when we don’t use it.

And it’s not just about chatting. It’s about being in place with others. Feeling seen, refining our ability to speak honestly, to listen without fixing, to stay soft in a conversation that might stir something.

These are not just niceties. These are skills. And skills need practice.

That’s why I created THE PLACE.

It’s not just a group.

It’s not just a program.

It’s a living, breathing space for people who want to stay fluent in the language of real life.

To keep your social nervous system supple.

To stay in the practice of presence.

To normalize the ebb and flow of emotion, without spiraling into isolation or self-doubt.

Inside THE PLACE, you’ll be met. You'll be heard. You’ll be reminded that you’re not the only one navigating life with a full heart and a tired mind.

We begin June 30th.

If your muscles of connection could use some love — if your heart’s been whispering that you want more real, more resonance, more depth — this is your invitation.

Let’s remember how to strengthen our capacity and confidence in relating. Together.

Big Love ❤️
