I don't have my sh#t together and that's kinda of the point!

Hello lovely,

I’m not a relational coach because I’ve got my shit together. I coach because I believe in tending to our shit together.

Because let’s be honest, life doesn’t stop handing us curveballs. We don’t graduate from “doing the work.”

We just get better at noticing what’s happening inside when the next thing hits.

That’s where coaching comes in -not to fix or tidy you up, but to give you a space to let the shit out, to make sense of it, and maybe even learn something from it.

It’s where you get to look at how you’re relating -to yourself, to your stories, to the stuff that keeps tripping you up and start finding your footing again.

And honestly? I see it a bit like checking in on your gut health. (Yes, I’m that mum who still asks her kids if I can look at their poop ) Because the texture, consistency, and colour tell you what’s really going on underneath.

Coaching’s like that - we sit beside the shit, have a look, get curious about what it’s trying to tell us, and clear some space for you to feel more alive, grounded, and you.

So no, I don’t have my shit together.I just believe in working through our shit together.

Big love and gratitude,

P.S. THE PLACE group coaching program doors are OPEN - We start DEC 5th.

It's where great change and great connections meet.
