"I thought it was easy for you?!?!"

Hi beautiful,

"I thought it was easy for you."

That's what my client said the other day in our group coaching session. We'd been talking about technology, social media, and the way we decide to show up online - our tone, our attutde, what we consume, and why.

I told her the truth: About 75% of the time, posting online feels like dragging myself to the gym on a cold monring. Like making a nutrient-dense breakfast when I'd rather just grab toast. Like choosing organic veggies when hot chips are calling my name.

It's not about feeling inspired.

It's about keeping the promise I made to myself - about who I want to be and the work I've committed to.

And here's the part no on tells you:

Most of the "inspiring" people you see online, the ones who look like they're always in flow, are showing up when it's clunky, inconvenient, or the absolute last thing they want to do.

You don't need to feel like it.

You need to remeber why you said you would. Becuase nine times out of ten, the feeling will find you once start.

Start in spite of how you feel - because you know it's what you want.

Love to you, courageous soul
