Self awareness isn't a solo sport!

Hi beautiful,
Awareness used to be something I talked about… not something I actually noticed.
I could map out the tension in every relationship I had, but not tell you how I felt walking into my own lounge room.
It started small - catching the jaw tightness when the house got loud, noticing how quickly I abandoned my own needs, hearing the running commentary in my head I’d mistaken for “reality".
My circumstances didn’t change. But something shifted when I stopped pretending I “should be fine” and got honest about what was happening inside me.
And the truth is: you can only get so far being self-aware alone.
The moment you’re witnessed - really witnessed - everything sharpens. You see what you’re saying vs. what you’re swallowing. You spot your patterns because other people can see them too, gently, without judgement. You realise you’re not dramatic or “too much”… you’re just human.
Twenty years of holding space has shown me this again and again: We do better in relationship than we do in isolation. We feel steadier when someone is actually listening. And we grow faster when we don’t have to hold everything together alone.
THE PLACE is a lived-in room to show up exactly as you are. Ninety days of watching yourself in motion: how you speak, react, soften, return to yourself… and noticing you’re not the only one doing it.
And honestly, the timing couldn’t be better.
We’re heading into that potent stretch - December, January, February - where the year slows just enough for us to see what the last one has been and what the next one could feel like. There’s a natural opening for reinvigoration, refocus, regeneration.
If you’ve been hovering on the edges, curious but unsure when to jump… this is the season.
You don’t need a new personality or a perfectly organised life. You just need a place to be seen while you’re figuring it out.
That’s what this is. A room that reminds you you’re not alone or failing - you’re just becoming aware. And awareness, held in the right company, can change everything.
Big love,
