Two truths can live side by side.

Hello lovely,
I grew up learning—before I even had words—that two truths can live side by side.
Being a twin (and yes, a Gemini twin at that) meant my very existence was shaped by polarity. Two bodies. Two perspectives. Two ways of being—arriving in the world at the same time.
It taught me early that contrast isn’t conflict, that difference isn’t dangerous, and that life is rarely one or the other…but often both.
And yet, most of us weren’t raised this way. We were raised in the “conflict mind.” Conditioned to fight for our position, to be understood at all costs, to prove the wrongness of someone else while elevating our rightness.
That’s the societal response we’ve inherited, and it’s the air we still breathe.
It takes presence—and a lot of practice—to unlearn this. To rewire the automatic urge to defend and instead create a new experience: one where I can honor my truth and make space for yours.
Because something shifts when we do. Conflict softens. Conversations open. Possibility expands. And it becomes less about winning, and more about weaving.
The way I live, move, breathe, contribute, or serve is no more or less meaningful than the way you do. We belong side by side, even in difference.
That’s the medicine.
That’s how we move forward—together.
Big Love
