“Is talk therapy dead?”
A friend recently asked me this after watching a reel that suggested talk therapy doesn't work. (She knows my work involves talking—but not in the old-school therapist-on-a-couch kind of way.)
We are social creatures, wired for connection, and yet… more people than ever are working alone, scrolling in silence, and wondering why they feel so disconnected.
Not every storm needs a villain. Not every wound needs a name.
But we’re taught to split the world in two—good and bad, right and wrong, me and you.
Like salt blaming pepper for being too bold, too different, too much.
