Hello lovely
I didn’t know I was living in fight or flight.
Not until everything came crashing down at 24.
What looked like a breakdown from the outside was, in truth, a breakthrough — a reckoning with all the tension, performance, and pressure I had carried for years.
Back then, I was constantly on edge.
Defensive.
Quick to prove.
My worth felt tied to how well I performed — in the room, on stage, in conversation.
The nervous energy was always humming, and I thought that was just how life was.
It took that collapse for me to realize how disconnected I’d become from my body and what it meant to feel safe within myself.
To understand that regulation isn’t luxury work — it’s survival work.
It’s the difference between reacting and responding, between spiraling and softening, between being run by life or being in relationship with it.
That’s why I created REGULATE — a four-week nervous system coaching space inside the Voxer Voice App.
Think of it as an emotional cleanse — a space to unpack, move, and clear what’s been held for too long. A space to feel, name, and release.
This is a small release with limited spaces, and it’s ridiculously below my usual prices — intentionally so. Because I want this work to be accessible and affordable, no matter your circumstances.
Everyone deserves the chance to experience what it feels like to live from a regulated place.
For the price of a coffee a day, you’ll have four weeks of real-time voice coaching — a daily space to express, regulate, and return to yourself. Because this kind of work shouldn’t be reserved for the few.
It should be as natural and essential as the way we tend to our bodies regularly.
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, reactive, or like there’s more inside you than you’ve had space to voice — REGULATE was made for you.
Because your nervous system holds the key to everything you want to create, give, and receive. And when you learn to meet yourself calmly and compassionately the whole world starts to meet you differently.
Big love and gratitude,
